IMS Company Policy
INTEGRATED QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY POLICY
is issued by and undertakes to fulfill PLYNOMONT TEPLICE s.r.o.
In accordance with the further direction of our company towards continuous improvement of efficiency and the highest possible quality of the services provided by us, and in conjunction with the maintenance of an environmentally friendly approach and occupational health and safety, the management of the company expresses in a general form the main principles of commitment, which created the framework for setting the objectives of the integrated management system (so-called IMS) according to ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
The implementation of this policy within the integrated management system is based on the following principles and commitments:
- We are committed to continuous improvement of our quality, environmental and occupational health and safety systems,
- to comply with legislation and other requirements, known as mandatory obligations,
- we ensure that this policy is fulfilled by providing adequate resources to meet the adopted objectives and programmes of the integrated management system,
- the quality of our services is a fundamental measure of our success,
- processes that affect the quality of our products are managed, documented, regularly reviewed and evaluated,
- system tools to ensure continuous improvement of the integrated management system and its effectiveness,
- to systematically guide all company employees towards environmentally friendly behaviour and to ensure their education and training,
- enable our employees to broaden their expertise so that they are able to respond flexibly and effectively to the needs of our customers,
- create and maintain healthy mutually beneficial relationships with our suppliers. To see our suppliers as partners. Raise their environmental and occupational safety awareness through their approach,
- Preventing waste, using natural resources and energy economically within the framework of sustainable development. We minimize environmental pollution and participate in prevention and awareness,
- to create appropriate working conditions for the prevention of occupational accidents and diseases,
to continuously improve the qualifications of its employees, - to eliminate hazards and reduce risks in the field of OSH and the environment,
- to discuss OSH and environmental matters with workers,
- to protect the environment, including the prevention of pollution,
to take a systematic approach to managing risks and opportunities in relation to the context of the organisation and stakeholder requirements, - and discussing this integrated policy and the context of the organisation with employees.
